Shipping and Returns
Great care is taken when packing up your artwork for shipment, and shipping rates within the US and Canada are based on weight. Shipping rates range from $16 for the smallest items, up to $99 for the largest paintings.
All orders ship insured ground service. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping after your order has been completed. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number via email when your order ships. If your order includes any oversized items they will ship freight. The shipper may contact you via phone to set up an appointment for delivery.
We are happy to ship to most locations. If you’d like to place an international order just reach out. Let us know what pieces you are interested in and where you would like them shipped. We’ll get back to you with all the details.
Original Artwork: We accept returns on Original Artwork only. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes plans change. If for any reason you are not happy with your original artwork, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to inquire about an exchange or shop credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Prints: Due to the custom nature of our Print Reproductions, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please plan ahead and feel free to ask any questions before placing an order. All print sales are final. To learn more about prints, click here.
Unpacking your Art
Once you have received your artwork, please be careful when opening the box. It's preferable to open by removing the packing tape. If you are using a box cutter watch to make sure you do not slice into your artwork, and be mindful of the corners.
